June 2019 - Mark Hoddle, extension specialist and director of the Center for Invasive Species Research at UC Riverside, finds out that lantern flies harm the environment, especially plants. The lantern flies will secrete unwanted honeydew, damage plants’ growth, and attract insects like ants.
